On Friday, May 9, former Conifer Senior High School standout Cheyenne Prieto’s current collegiate team the Metro State Roadrunners lost 1-4 against the Oklahoma Christian Lady Eagles in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Irwin Field at 2:30 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Oklahoma Christian Lady Eagles in the tournament.

The Metro State Roadrunners’ next game will take place on Friday, May 9 at 2:30 p.m. at Irwin Field.
