Evergreen home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Evergreen rose by $77,500 while total sales decreased by 61.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $685,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $607,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Evergreen in the third quarter of 2018.
