Littleton (Jefferson County) home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Littleton in Jefferson County fell by $72,000 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $603,000 - a 10.7% decrease over the $675,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Littleton in the second quarter of 2019.
