Bergen Park home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Bergen Park fell by $36,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,500 - a 10.1% decrease over the $358,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Bergen Park in the first half of 2019.
