The Valley home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in The Valley fell by $117,500 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $567,500 - a 17.2% decrease over the $685,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in The Valley in the first half of 2019.
