Willow Springs home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Willow Springs rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $720,000 - a 5.9% increase over the $680,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Willow Springs in the first half of 2019.
