The third quarter of 2020: Home prices in Evergreen increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Evergreen rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 39.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $673,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $645,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Evergreen in the third quarter of 2019.
