Kittredge home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Kittredge rose by $226,500 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $574,500 - a 65.1% increase over the $348,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Kittredge in the second half of 2019.
