Median home prices in Indian Hills rose to $577,500 in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Indian Hills rose by $93,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $577,500 - a 19.2% increase over the $484,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Indian Hills in 2019.
