Castle Rock Water’s new billing system and online portal are now available to provide customers with the most up-to-date service options. Using upgraded security and advanced technology, the online customer portal allows 24/7 access to account information, additional ways to pay, and enriched consumption data.
More than 75% of Castle Rock Water customers already use our online services, and with more automation and better report generation, our billing specialists can now provide more personalized service for those who need it.
Customers with online accounts must visit CRgov.com/MyWaterBill to sign up for a new portal account, and those who pay online — for instance, those with scheduled autopay — must reenter payment information before their next billing due date of Feb. 28 to ensure their upcoming payment is processed. All January payments have been processed.
Our upgraded automated phone payment system is also available to make a one-time payment by calling 844-519-1806. Customers should update and save this new number.
Access tip: for online signup or phone payments, have your current bill or recent email from Castle Rock Water with the account name and number handy. When entering your account number, omit the leading zeros and include the dash before the final two digits.
By using the new portal, customers are able to select paperless billing, make one-time payments (including by text), set up autopay, schedule one-time or recurring payments on a chosen date, view water consumption data and much more.
